The A∴A∴ implied here is the temporal A∴A∴ founded around 1907 by Crowley and Jones in order to serve the sempiternal A∴A∴ (the Third Order, S∴S∴).
The newer you are, the more you still got to bring to the A∴A∴:
An Adeptus Exemptus 7○=4□ does not bring Reverence, because she can be a Praemonstrator, the source of instructions, and she does found a new group or a new system of her own, having nothing else to do with the Outer Colleges if so she wishes. Also, her next step is the Sempiternal Order, she does not have to pay reverence to the “lower” temporal order.
An Adeptus Major 6○=5□ does not bring Duty, because she can be the Imperator, she is the source of authority and no longer just a soldier, she is in the Sephirah of Power.
An Adeptus Minor 5○=6□ does not bring Sympathy, because she can be the Cancellarius, the public face of the Order, and she is in the sphere of perfect balance - harmony - “sympathy” with her own Holy Guardian Angel.
A Philosophus 4○=7□ (and Dominus Liminis) does not bring Devotion, because she already is dedicating all her devotion, aspiration, love, towards a Deity as a means to prepare herself for the love of the True God in Tiphareth.
A Practicus 3○=8□ does not bring Assiduity, because she already dedicates all her mind to the Great Work, and lives a life suited to the Path, according to her Task.
A Zelator 2○=9□ does not bring Trust, because she finally is in the Order, she only has two options: either to advance until the Third Order or fail and ruin her spiritual journey.
Neophytes 1○=10□ and Probationers 0○=0□ are the ones who still have to bring everything to the A∴A∴.
